I was insanely impressed with how knowledgeable Lars was when discussing Home buying strategy. He also consistently delivered above and beyond our expectations. Lars and his team were insanely efficient and worked incredibly fast. I would recommend him and his team to everybody.

Lars and his team were incredible to work with throughout the entire homebuying process. They were extremely professional and helped educate me as a first-time homebuyer on the process. When it came to negotiating, I was ablet o beat out 6 other offers to secure my home. I toured 18 houses with him and his team, and they accommodated my work schedule every step of the way to make sure I could see the homes as quickly as possible at a time that worked for me. 10/10 would recommend working with Lars!

Where to begin!! Lars helped us purchase our first house. This time was a little more complicated, with a narrowed in search radius, our kiddos’ schedules to accommodate, and lining up the sale of our first home with our second. LARS ACED IT!! His extreme competency and astute understanding of the market is paired with so many intangibles- an interest in meeting us where we were and addressing our unique concerns, and having so much care for our family during this big change! He is surrounded by teammates who supported us with equal care and expertise. Mariah specifically is extremely organized and guided us so kindly through all the important details. We have so much gratitude!! Thank you!
